Biography
Jack was with Bournemouth & Boscombe Athletic and had also played for Wolverhampton Wanderers and Queen’s Park Rangers. In 1942 he was in the local area, training with his army unit and United were granted permission to play him. He was allowed to play again in the next season but was only available occasionally until he left the area in October 1942.
