Match Report
After finishing well against Hearts at Tynecastle, United started where they left off at Ibrox and looked the more dangerous side. In addition to Billy Dodds fourth goal for the club, Kjell Olofsson passed up two good chances. Apart from a fine save by Sieb Dijkstra from Wallace, Rangers rarely threatened. But again it was a game of two halves and Rangers dominated in the second, equalising through Wallace before Amoruso headed the winner six minutes from time.
